Return Policy

You may return the items delivered to you within 14 days upon the delivery date by return shipment without stating any reason. Note that all shipping return costs are NOT to be paid by the customer according to our free return policy.

Free returns are limited to one return only.

All items should be returned to us unused and with their tags attached. We will not accept any items that are damaged or soiled and we may send them back to you and/or a refund will be refused.

More specifically:
-All shoes should be tried on a carpeted area only.
-Swimming suits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear and without removing any protective adhesive strip. We will not accept any returns of the above items in case the strip has been removed or in case the items are soiled.

You have to return your order using the original packaging.

For the brands SONOS and POLAROID return is valid only if the original packaging is unopened (Sealed/Closed Box).

The box must also be adequately protected when returned so that it is not damaged along the way.

Products with the description Non-Returnable are not a subject of returns.

Once we receive the package it will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or a refund.

Note: For orders within Greece all packages should be returned to us with Speedex and for EU orders with DHL.

Returns are free for the first time, through the companies we work with. If you send it with any other company you will be charged with all the return cost.
 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your package you will receive a refund equal to the returned product’s value.
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to process.

If your payment was completed with a credit card or PayPal, then your money will be refunded the same way. If your payment was completed with cash on delivery (this only applies to orders within Greece) we will need the following from you so we can proceed with your refund: IBAN, account holders name, name of bank.

For EU orders, please find all the return information below:
You just need to call your local DHL to pick up the package. We have taken care of everything else.
All the paperwork for DHL is done (Voucher etc) and is inside the envelop “Returns.”

As soon as we receive the returned package we will proceed with your exchange or refund.
